At PageX, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. Please carefully read our refund and cancellation policy before subscribing to our services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your account remains active until the end of the current paid subscription period.
• Your subscription will not be automatically renewed after the current period ends.
• You will retain access to your data until the subscription period expires.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

• Log in to your PageX account.
• Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
• Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
• Confirm the cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Refund terms within 14 days in case of dissatisfaction with the service:

• Within the first 14 days: You are entitled to request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service, provided the service has not been excessively used.
• After 14 days: Refunds are not available, but you can cancel your subscription to stop automatic renewal.
• In case of a persistent technical issue that we are unable to resolve, a partial or full refund may be considered regardless of the time period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Contact us through our contact page or via email.
• Specify the reason for the refund request and the email address associated with your account.
• We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Method

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• The refunded amount may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• If the account was suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
• If the refund request is submitted after 14 days from the subscription or renewal date.
• Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
